Vicious Petals

we are all gold.

A month ago, a dear dear friend of ours left this earth all too suddenly. We are still heartbroken and in disbelief. Ben was Cooper’s first real friend in Seattle after moving away from his Memphis community 16 years ago. They wrote and recorded albums together, supported each other through so many of the curve balls that life threw their way. He was a huge supporter of our band, paving the way for our first album to materialize in the way that it did, right there with us in every step of the process. Anybody who met Ben was touched by his special light: his quiet and caring nature, inimitable intelligence and wit, his incredible generosity, and those wonderful loving hugs. We miss and love you so very much. - a.

And, of course, Conor Byrne Pub.

We can't wait for the next one!
